Do guests need to create an account?
No. Guests simply open the secure link they receive on WhatsApp, upload their document and confirm their details. No account, password or app is needed.
Which channel are notifications sent through?
WhatsApp is the primary channel, using business templates approved by Meta. If the participant has an email on record, it is used as a fallback when WhatsApp fails.
Which documents can be read?
Turkish ID cards (front and back) and passports. The MRZ zone is read and check digits are validated; if the document is not valid long enough after the tour ends, the form warns the guest.
How do reminders work?
For each itinerary activity you enable the reminder and choose its type: a preparation message for meals or hotel departures, or an arrival message for reaching the city. It is sent the chosen number of minutes before to participants who completed the form.
What can guides see?
Guides only see the tours assigned to them, the daily itinerary and the participant list. Adding participants, uploading documents and editing the tour stay with the agency.
Where is the collected data kept?
Document details are visible only to the tour's agency and its assigned guide. Form links are time-limited and single-use; the participant list can be exported to Excel when needed.
